My Muffler TIP

Unhappy My Muffler TIP

AH! There are some black dot substance on by Muffler tip, what should i use to clean them??? is it carbon?

probably some carbon buildup that has hardened and become difficult to remove. meguires mag/aluminum polish! try it

司can i use Rim Cleaner to clean that out? Or ill just worsen everything up?

i bought mag/aluminum polish and neverdull. I think the black dots are removed easier with neverdull but in nerms of polishing, i think mag/ aluminum works much better for shinny polish~ So final word, both works great! Thanks guys!

Is it on the inside or outside of the tip? If it's on the outside, my guess is that is road tar. Use a good tar remover after cleaning it with soap n water and be sure to polish and wax the helllllllll out of it when you remove the tar!
