Cotton or microfiber towels?

Hey everyone, just ordered up some Zaino products to keep my new G looking tip top. On the Zaino website they say to use 100% cotton towels made in the USA for everything from washing to buffing. I went to a few places and it seems like most of the stores carry Egyptian cotton, or towels made in India or Pakistan. Anyone have any recommendations on where to buy cotton towels online? Also, has anyone had any luck with microfiber towels? Zaino website says some microfiber towels are good and some not so good and will scratch. Please post some feedback on what you guys use for washing, drying, buffing, etc. and where you buy the products! Thanks!

I just picked up some Zaino myself and the Los Angeles dealer also sells the cotton towels. He can only sell the Zaino products to So Cal but he will sell the towels to any one. I have both cotton and micro fiber. The cotton is best for taking off the wax but I prefer micro fiber for the Z-6 gloss enhancer. Here is his web site.
On another note this stuff made my car look like it has a layer of glass on it ...amazing!

i followed the zaino directions for applying and removing the z5 and z2. used the applicator they supplied to apply and the 100% cotton USA towels to remove.
for everything else i like using microfiber. wash/dry/detail-inside and outside (z6).

I've used both the cotton and microfiber towels. The cotton towels work much better (for me at least) at removing the Zaino polish, that I don't even use the microfiber anymore except for my windows. The MF seemed to just smear the polish around, regardless of how long I let it dry.

Can someone please explain the difference between a %100 cotton USA towel, and a %100 cotton made in india towel? I mean seriously, how much worse can one be then the other? Just don't make sense to me...

If the towel is not made in the USA it may say it's 100% cotton but will actually be a cotton blend.

So did I totally screw myself by using a %100 cotton towel from India...I mean it's a micro-cotton hotel towel...Cost me $25 bucks, lol...Should I toss it? It worked beautifully on my 1st zaino application but is it going to give me the swirls over time?
