Weather stripping and wheel wells cleaning
Weather stripping and wheel wells cleaning
On my other cars, I have basically always used armour all over the weatherstripping by the front wiper blades and the on the inside of the wheel wells on the plastic, because I notice after a good wash and dry ...these areas tend to dry out and look parched, even discolor to a greyish white.
I have noticed thought that over time the car almost seems to need the armour all there more often as if the armour all has removed any remnants of "conditioner" that was initially there, so consumers will use more and more armour all.
I am looking for a not so greasy shiny type product that will not remove any previous conditioner and essentially shine and protect what we have in the original condition
later G's

Uh huh... my black sills have a couple of grayish drip marks... someone tell me about trim detailer (terminology?) and what brand is recommended. Remember reading about this somewhere... was it here?

Have you tried Back to Black? I tried using that on my old car and it did a good job of making the plastic parts look new and not detailed. It doesn't last too long though... about a week, then it's back to the carwash.
