when you guys mention using a leaf blower to dry, do you use it over the whole vehicle or just in cracks/crevices? If it works to dry the whole thing i'm running out to get one tomorrow lol!

I only use it to blow out crevices/cracks, then I use a MF to finish the rest of the panels

Just bought a Black & Decker leaf blower today from Home Depot for $39!

12 amp and 200 mph blower. Gonna try it out on the next wash and see how it works. I spend more time drying the car than anything, so hopefully I won't have to use towels again!

Goes without saying but Careful with the blowers that you dont sand storm your cars from the sand on the street!

And no offense but I cringed at the sound of "Water Blade". After you wash there may still be some dirt particles that have not been removed from the paint, hence where the waffle weave comes into play. The depth of the towel gives area for this excess dirt particles to settle, without scratching up you ride!

Ok, so I washed my G the other day and was excited to use my newly purchased blower. It really wasn't what I was expecting, but it really worked well on crevices, cracks, and tight spots where water usually sits (i.e. mirrors, trunk, grille, etc.). I still had to resort back to towels to dry it thoroughly. Still have mixed feelings about buying the blower. Oh well!
