scratched hood

So someone in my family who will remain nameless put one of those moving boxes on my hood last night. Better yet, the person tried to "remove" the scratches left by the box by placing her hands on the hood and wiping the car, thereby spreading the scratch radius.

Can any one give me any recommendations on how to take the scratches out? Or will re-polishing/glazing with Klasse take most of the scratches out?

Is she still alive?
The paint is so thin on the Gs you are going to have to take it easy. Try a good Cleaner/Wax first, followed by the Klasse and some wax. This should help but not much. Good Luck.

Re: scratched hood

Thanks Merlin,

Yes she's alive...I washed the car thoroughly, applied Klasse AIO 3 times and Hi-Gloss Glaze 3 times. The car looks good out of direct sunlight but I still see the scratches under the unforgiving phlorescent lights in the garage. I emailed proper auto care and they suggested looking under their problem solving section under scratches. I'm thinking about buying a porter cable dual action polisher and the Menzerna Deluxe Spot/Scratch Repair Kit...hopefully that'll do the trick. Does anyone have experience with working with both the porter cable and the Menzerna polish kit?...Thanks...
