Tint tickets: Way around removing tint?

The ticket just says the car, color and license plate. Would it be possible to switch license plates with a similar G that doesn't have tint and get it signed off?

what would really be funny is that if you got the tint signed off but got cited for not having a front plate.

You could always just pay the fine. They don't like you to handle it that way but they will take your money and the fine is usually about the same cost as having the tint removed and replaced.

I wish I had a pig as a friend. LoL. Back to the original question, does anyone know if this would work? The only way I could see it not working is if they checked your registration against your VIN or something.

If you had gone to a reputable tint shop and had legal tint installed you wouldn't have this problem... Aside from breaking bigger laws the solution is to have the tint replace with legal tint at a reputable tint shop. If you don't like your states tint laws lobby to have them changed or move somewhere else. If it bothers you so much your quality of life will be better somewhere else.

Tint is not allowed at all on the front windows in my state. And the tint shop I went to is very reputable. I'd love to lobby to have them changed but it wouldn't make a difference. My quality of life is perfectly fine here by just ignoring the tint laws. You see, I go by my own guidelines rather than mindlessly follow ones set for me.
