Cleaning dirt from the velt on door pilard

Can someone help me I got my car back from the dealer and one of the techs got grease marks on the door pliard.The material is like felt and I dont know the best way to take it off. Any help would be great.

Hmmm . . . Grease? Can't think of anything offhand. However, the grease marks may or may not spread, if you try to clean it yourself. Why not bring it back to the dealership and make it their problem.

WTF . . . Didn't they notice the mess, which they made?
