8oz Zymol $444.00!!!

Hey, I don't know if anyone has ever seen this stuff or even touched on it on this Forum, but I ran across a new Zymol wax they call Destiny Estate Glaze and its selling for $444.00 for 8oz!!! Tell me that's just not NUTS? Do people really have $$$ like that to shell out for 8oz of carnauba, almond, coconut, banana and sunflower oils? C-mon! To make matters even worse, I've tried the $45 Zymol creame wax, and didn't think much of it. Pain to put on, even harder to take off. Zymol has gotten out of hand!

The Zymol is REAL easy to apply and take off, so doing it every 2 months is not as bad as it sounds.

By coincidence, I had a detailer do my car at my father-in-law's house and he used CrystalGuard on it. That was a year ago and after washing my car still looks like it was just waxed. It has lost a lot of the smoothness it had so it may be time to do it again, but the shine is still fantastic.

Carnauba waxes are supposed to last about 3 - 8 weeks. I would say in hot temperatures your more likely to get about two weeks from it. However the shine makes it well worth the frequent applications? Which carnauba waxes do you guys like?

Naw, you get more than 2 weeks for sure. I felt like I was being a bit excessive by doing it every 2 months. The shine was really good but not as good as the CrystalGuard - and there is no comparison in how long they last.

Carnuba wax is a joke in Vegas. It's completely gone by the time you finish applying it!

Yea I'd have to say that in high temperatures that a Carnauba Wax doesn't put up much of a fight. Some Waxes have carnauba in them that will last longer but a soley based Carnauba Wax will last about 3 - 8 weeks. This is what manufacturers have told me directly so I can't imagine that they actually last much longer.

Lol, someone puts it out there with some marketing, and someone's gonna buy it.
Zaino is about as rich as I want to go, thank you.
