Scratches everywhere on the first day. help

I get scratches everywhere and this is the first day i got my car.
Got a scratch above the headlight and a little at the paint by the headlight.
A few scratches at the rear spoiler ( how the hell did i get them there?!)
One pretty long one which doesn't seem to be a scratch maybe some dirt just etched in there. How do I rub these off? with my finger?

Just got the pics taken
Anyway to fix these? particularly the one on the headlight.. makes me feel so bad.

The good news is that they don't look too deep. I would just wash them first. If they still remain you should try a light polish like the Poorboy's World SSR 1.0. This is an abrasive polish that will wear down the surrounding clear coat very slightly and make the blemish not noticeable permantly. If the scratch is still there than try a medium abrasive polish like the Poorboy's World SSR 2.5. This should get it out completely, then follow it up with the SSR 1.0 to remove any micro scratches. Also when your done with that area you have stripped any wax or sealant so make sure you reapply it in those areas.

As for the headlights I have less experience with that but I know somewhere on here there has been some good posts about how to wet sand that may be better suited to help you.
