Best leather cleaner hands down that I have ever used in my professional detailing experience is Leatherique Prestine Clean. I apply it by wiping it in with a terry cloth applicator and wipe with medium pressure. Then I let it sit about 15 minutes while I do the other seats and leather components. After that I take a damp cloth and remove the Prestine Clean. I follow up with a dry cloth to make sure I picked up all the moisture. This leaves the seats looking new and healthy. If your seats are in poor condition and really need some TLC then i would apply the Leatherique Rejuvenator. This is a deep cleaning conditioner that can restore just about any leather.
I apply this about every two months to my seats and I do the Rejuvenator 1 -2 times a year just to keep the seats looking perfect. Using both products helps give the leather the strength it needs to be durable but the soft feel to make it comfortable. I always get comments from friends about how nice the interior looks. My buddy is selling his S4 too and someone who came to look at was impressed with how well the leather looked considering it was an 01.
p.s. If anyone is looking for an S4 pushing mid to high 300hp, with under 50k on it let me know

I'll second the Leatherique system and I would suggest to anyone who uses Lexol or other products to try it at least once. A 16 oz. bottle is enough to do all the seats with some left over. One suggestion if you do try it is to wear some latex gloves during application. The first time I used it I was barehanded and the ph of the Rejuv. Oil didn't agree with my skin, not burning but more like the clammy feeling I can get from products like Tide.

I've only seen leatherique sold online, detailedimage or amazon.
The only obvious 'advantage' for me over Lexol is the aroma afterwards when its being used on the fairly new leather of a G35. I felt like the Pristine Clean pulled up dirt that Lexol had left behind but I usually have the windows open during the summer so it could have just been a dusty week. And like picus112 said, they like Zaino for the smell so its really personal preference.
