How to fix??

To get the best results, I would suggest filling in the scratch and then using a kit like the Langka (www.langka.com) chemical kit or the Norton wet sanding kit to smooth in the spots. These will basically eliminate the blobs that often appear from the use of touchup paint. I have used the wetsanding kit and had good luck. It works best with solid colors but should be good with your IP as well. The problem with metallics and other strange paints is that the metallic portion settles down and thus the color match is not 100%. There is some language floating around on a means by which to address this. The langka kit uses a chemical (basically paint thinner) to soften up the "blob" of new touchup paint and then let you smooth it down. You should be fine with either kit.
