Cleaning Tinted Windows and Rear Glass

Hey all you detailing gurus,

how do I clean the inside of my tinted windows and rear glass?

The rear had lots of dirty marks on it from work I was doing back there for an audio install. I cleaned it with glass cleaning wipes and it left nasty streaks all over it. What is best for cleaning the tint material?

thanks guys!

I use Windex with vinegar which will not harm the film. Use a microfiber towel to apply/remove.

I've been using Stoner's Invisible Glass for years now and haven't had a problem with it on tinted windows. I use a microfiber cloth to apply and remove. Always a streak free finish.

I use a cleaner specifically made for tinted windows. There are many different brands available. The important thing is it must not contain any ammonia.

I use damp towel to take off any ozone
then i use Staples LCD cleaner not only does it gently clean your tinted windows.
Its streak free also it doesn't let your windows fog up almost like Rain-X.
Use a microfiber towel for best results

Personally i just go straight with the LCD cleaner but i don't know how often you clean your windows or how dirty they are.

I actually ordered some stoner's invisible glass last week, and it hadn't arrived yet so I used some window wipes, and here I am... glad to know that the stoner's is the way to go!

Thanks for the replies

OFF TOPIC: is that LCD cleaner safe for touch screen LCDs?

Stoners. A vendor sent me some nice large, low pile MFs that are suited for glass and they work REALLY well. The low pile is the key.

The back window...yeah, it's a pain.
