Try leather cleaners first. Eagle One is available almost anywhere as is Lexol. These are very light and may remove the spot.
Woolite at 10:1 may also work.
If those do not work, you will have to go to something harsh. The magic eraser used VERY lightly is one such idea. Be sure to test it in an out of the way place first.
With any of these, be sure to condition after their use as they will take the moisture right out of the leather.

Leatherique Prestine Clean is the premier leather cleaner with conditioners thats used by the Bentley's and Roll's Royce Owners club. Its my favorite leather cleaner and certainly produces great results. You can remove most contamination with that. If you want a really deep conditioning for the leather to really revivie it use the Leatherique Rejuvenator. Massage the product in by hand, let the car sit in the sun all day. The pores of the leather will open up and the product will break down more so you it can penetrate deep into the leather. Then I apply the Prestine Clean on top of that and work it in with an applicator pad. Wait about 15 - 20 minutes and remove it with a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth. The results are stunning and keeps the leather in good condtion. Leather will last long and always look great if you maintain it properly.
