Nxt

JUst spent the entire day detailing my G. I used the NXT products, and Scratch X'd the hood prior to wax. Came out fantastic!!!After wash with gold class using lambs wool mitt, I scratch X'd the hood (due to some swirls from dealer detail), and then applied two coats of NXT. Used microfiber towels to remove the products. Came out phenomenal!!! I'll post some pics but right now, to tired after 8 hours of work.

NXT is incredible on dark color cars but I'd keep it garaged if you want the shine to last.

It sounds like you had a busy day!

NXT is a great product, but like it has been said over and over, its durability leaves a lot to be desired. Also, many feel that they have corrected scratches, swirls, etc. but find that the NXT really just has a LOT of fillers that fill in these problem areas. I ran into this on a dark green SUV I did a few months back. Once it got a few days of wear and another wash, the swirls and everything that we thought had been removed before (using a wide variety of swirl removers) were back.

Heres the pics I promised. I keep my G garaged all the time, so maybe durability might not be an issue. I guess time will tell. I sure like the results from NXT, and I have heard the stories of marathon detail jobs with products like Zaino. I can't put in 36 hours to detail my car. I may have to go to something like that though if the NXT doesn't hold up.

Yeah, NXT is definitely the $hit. here a pic of my car at the show, this is after 2 1/2 coats of wax, driving 125 miles to the show, then a spray down with NXT spray wax. look at that shine:

I like the nxt, but it doesnt last super long like zaino, if you use the spray wax on washes in between waxes then it hold up pretty well. im def. satisfied with the product.

Wow! Looks really sharp. I bought the Spray wax and spray detailer too, and plan on using the spray wax in between washes. What does the spary detailer do? It's not a wax, is it?

i dont know about the spray detailer, probably just to enhance the shine a little, no its not a wax. But i do love the spray wax. Just spray it on spread it out let it dry for a few minutes and wipe it off, looks like a brand new wax job.

Another spray on product thats outstanding is the Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield (HGAS). Just spray it on and wipe it off and it puts down a fine layer of Menzerna Full Molecular Jacket (FMJ) which is my favorite sealant. I highly recomend giving it a try if you haven't already.
