Car wash best option for me??
Here's my problem I love to wash my G myself but every time I do I end up with water spots cuz I don't have a shady area to do the car so I have to do it in the hot FL sun.
I found this touchless car wash that does an excellent job. Yea I know about wheel scratching and all that but fact is I've taken my coupe a couple of times and I've also seen other coupes, Z's, Mercedes, Bimmers and other high end cars with bling-bling wheels there with no problems. The car looks fantastic once they're done no water spots or anything.
When I get home I dust it a bit and finish it up with the Zaino 6 and the car looks great.
Do you guys have any sugestions as to how and/or where to wash my car so I don't end up with water spots and I don't have to pay for the carwash every week???

Yeah man, you have a few choices
Wash your car early in the morning
Wash your car in the evening
Or, Get a beach towel and immediately dry the car after washing (with little or no pressure to avoid swirling/scratching)

Yeah I washed my car in the evening once but since I couldn't see sh*t I missed a bunch of spots and of course didn't notice it until the next morning. But I guess I can try that again.

Ya gotta be really quick in the sun--if I absolutely have to wash my car when the sun is out, I draft someone to help dry right behind me as I rinse and do the synthetic chamois (I only draft a person who is well trained in how to dry my car--my BF or my kids).

Yeah, in the hot sun you have to keep the car wet at all costs until you're ready to dry it off. Early morning or late evening works better than mid-day.
