Don't know what problem it is with my paint, pls take a look

There's a small area on my fender, the paint is blurred or hazed. If I look closer, it's like it has lost the metallic coat of the paint. Otherwise, everything is normal. It's hard to describe... myabe it's like being wet sanded and lost the metallic coat on that area.

I didn't know how it become like that.

Please help.
Thanks
