Pollen and dust

Without a doubt, Poorboy's Spray and Wipe. This is the main thing that gets me through the pollen season. Spray and Wipe and a few high quality microfibers will do wonders.
As a side note, picus posted a while back that the Spray and Wipe can be used on glass as well. I had never tried that but found just last week that it works wonderfully!

A good quick detailer like Spray and Wipe is very good, just make sure you use clean microfiber towels. I fold my towel in fourths and after each section expose a fresh surface. This gives you eight total fresh surfaces from one towel, so you're not continually wiping with a dirty microfiber towel. Use lots of Spray and Wipe and fresh microfiber surface and you'll safely and effectively remove the pollen.

I don't think you need to use any kind of spray. Just use a California Car Duster. That's all I do here in NC and we get some wicked pine pollen around this time of year. If your car is a little dirty and you want to clean it, go ahead and use the spray stuff. But if it's just dusty/pollenated, a duster is good enough.
