Pollen and dust

I spent around 8 hours last Sunday detailing my coupe. I take it to work the next day and by the time I leave it's all covered with pollen and dust. Without scratching the paint, what is the best way to remove it?

Without a doubt, Poorboy's Spray and Wipe. This is the main thing that gets me through the pollen season. Spray and Wipe and a few high quality microfibers will do wonders.

As a side note, picus posted a while back that the Spray and Wipe can be used on glass as well. I had never tried that but found just last week that it works wonderfully!

Yea I hate the damn pollen too ... looks horrible on a black G. I use eagle one wipe and shine, works like a charm.

A good quick detailer like Spray and Wipe is very good, just make sure you use clean microfiber towels. I fold my towel in fourths and after each section expose a fresh surface. This gives you eight total fresh surfaces from one towel, so you're not continually wiping with a dirty microfiber towel. Use lots of Spray and Wipe and fresh microfiber surface and you'll safely and effectively remove the pollen.

I don't think you need to use any kind of spray. Just use a California Car Duster. That's all I do here in NC and we get some wicked pine pollen around this time of year. If your car is a little dirty and you want to clean it, go ahead and use the spray stuff. But if it's just dusty/pollenated, a duster is good enough.

^ I agree...cali car duster or even a nice wipe with a clean micro-fiber towel can take care of that. And if you're going through all the trouble of spray and wipe...might as well wash her.

I get the hose out (free flowing water only) then blow dry
with my blower. Takes me about 7-8 minutes complete and the
best part is. No chance on putting fine scratches in their with
shine/m-f's touching paint.

Also try Optimum No Rinse as a quick detailer. Great product and it leaves no streaks.
