Hmmm, I don't know if the house is quite worth it so I won't try to rip you off

Now go order us some rotors already!

And now back to my regularly scheduled topic:

If anyone knows anyone that is looking for a house in the Frisco area and can't qualify for a loan ... let them know about this!

Only have one other pic right now of the bathroom. I'm working with the investor that purchased/rehabbed the house so I left a message for him to get some more photo's.

Is this for you or someone you know?

unbelievable! i NEED to move myass to TX to get something like this. for that lease price, that'll get me a 800 sqft 1 bedroom apt in LA

Ok, just got word back from the investor that has this house under contract ... the house is vacant due to an ongoing divorce and the guy was trying to see if he could afford the payment on his own. We have been given the green light since then and the house is available.

You can see some satellite photo's on Zillow and here are a few more pics.

Let me know if you guys are interested in possibly taking a look at the house or if you want some additional info.

he really does mean frisco - not san francisco. for $1200 you could get a closet in san fran.
