Visited Crest for Window Problem 5times..Still not workin...:(
As everyone know...window problem for G is common...I also have window problem..this is 4th or 5th times I having this problem...Whenever I took it to dealer they fixed it but it only works for few month...OMG...for 1 1/2 year..had to go back to dealership almosth 5 times only bc of window problem.....
What do you guys think I should do...let them try again..???
I guess they can't find main reason or they didn't fix it right in purpose..and just make it work for few month..My warranty will expire after 5000miles...I think crest is waiting until my warranty expired...
should I take it to other dealership?sewell?Grubb?
before I go to other dealership..crest should pay for what they deserved...
I had to drive all the way to plano from irving..
NO MORE CREST!!!
Hmmm, sounds like grounds for the lemon law??? Just think how much gas you've wasted driving back and forth to the dealership!!
You should escalate this to Nissan NA, that's when you see things happen!

What is lemon law thing?I don't know about lemon law?can you tell me more about it?I just want them to fix it right so I don't have to worry about paying extra money for what they could easily fix since Im still under warranty...hm...I love this car but too much problem...I also visited dealership for shift light (P R N D lights)...even they said they did somthing to it...never work..
I believe they tried to fix it more than three times..everytime I go there they said parts are not in stock so I had to wait two or three weeks..even they got part and tried, still can't fix it..I couldnt check if they made it work bc when I picked up my car it was always bright outside...I have to keep hit it to make it work
since it does work somtimes I think its just connection problem but they didn't want to pay attention when I explain what is wrong..I think they replaced bulb or somthing..;;;
Anyone here have good experience of dealership with fixing window problem?????

I don't know too many details about the Lemon Law but I do have a friend back in Chicago that had a recurring problem that the dealer could not fix (similar situation) and they ended up replacing the entire car!!!

Does the problem re-occur as soon as you pick up the car after the dealer is "fixing" the issue? Or does it happen days/weeks later?
If I bring something into a dealer to fix and when I pick up the car and it's not fixed, I go get my loaner car back and make them keep it until it's fixed.
I know you don't want to think about it ... but seriously you may have a case for the Lemon Law here if they can't fix your problem. Infiniti would be responsible for replacing your car due to an unrepairable manufacturer defect.
Gather up all your receipts to show how many times you have attempted to get the same problem repaired and bring them in and ask to speak to the Service Manager or General Manager ... that is what I would do!

I have problem with my rear windows creaking. Opening the door, driving down hills etc. anytime the car basically "flexes" the windows creak. Its like a loud creak like, trying to sneak out of the house to see your 14yr girlfriend when you were 15 while not trying to wake up the parents.
It happened same day I got my car back. I drove my car back from dealership only bc It didn't roll down itself. But I noticed that I still having creaking sound that I always had. Same problem 'Hunt4m3x' has. Now if I miss attempting to roll it up and let the button go in one sec it roll back down and won't open for 10~20sec. I didn't want lemon law it or somthing but I still checked that site. seems like texas only lemon law within two year. Even I will try to lemon law it, will Service Manager or General Manager accept their responsbility? I know some member here replace motor from local auto shop and got better result. Should I just get new motor from auto shop?
