Chiropractor referral?
Chiropractor referral?
I think it's time to see a chiropractor again. I hurt my back two years ago from a crash in the G. Insurance paid for about 8 weeks of treatment which was great, but lately the back has been bothering me. The one I went to was 3 minutes from my house. Just wondering if you guys have any other suggestions I may want to try out in the N. Dallas/Plano/Richardson area.
just let unfufu walk on your back....lol. i have a buddy that is a chiropractor and owns a couple of shops. One is in downtown dallas and the other is in irving. i know it's a drive for you but maybe can give you a better deal if you're paying out of pocket
let me know.

Name of the business is HEB Chiropractic.
He helped me out a whole lot when I was all messed up from a car accident a few years ago.

when I lived out there, I went to Dr. James Heptig at willow bend chiropractic. Good guy, I would recomend him to anyone, he is located in plano off the tollway and w. park. www.willowbendchiropractic.com

As cheesy as this sounds, I bought a thing off Amazon.com for my back. It's called "Spine Worx"

You lay down on it and it helps realign your spine like an adjustment would at the chiropractor. It's surprisingly helped a lot. No more twinge of discomfort in my spine, and it really helps me relax before bed time.
