Car show and Track day, May 17th at MSR

Damn that was fun!

I am surprised that only 4 people form our group here made it out. We got two 20 minute sessions on track which were lots of fun. I totally sucked on my first run, then after some help from Jon did better on my second run. Then we had ride alongs with Jeff in his G and DAMN it was insane. I think he was faster around the corners than I was on the straights!

All in all a very fun day, and it was all free, so I'm not sure why more people didn't take advantage of this opportunity.

Big props to theeggman, G3 motorsports and everyone who worked on this event. Very nicely done! (my only comment is what happened to the performance driving class before the track time?)

I had a great time...uploading pics right now. I definitely enjoyed the track time in my car, and it performed quite well with the air suspension. GodZilla rode w/ my the first time out, and it convinced him to take the red beast out there.

Definitely a lot of fun. Weather was great too. The rear Wilwoods held up pretty well, really balanced out the bias. I'll need to switch out to Hawk HP+ next time around.

I wanted a ride in the 360 Thanks for the props. Let's all make sure to support G3 in return for sponsoring this event for us.

I've already been to their website and checked the forum, but the link is not working yet. I might even buy their brake pads if they make them for OEM brembo calipers.
