Very bad service!!!

I have to share a very bad experience that I encountered at a Dealership... Wait till you hear about this, I wonder why dealerships can get away with this. Pics included

Okie I will upload pics later...Anyhow I took my car in recently for warranty issue, the small glove box leather piece was coming off. So I figured what the hell I might as well get my oil changed since I was already there. There=GRUBBS INFINITY...So when I am there my car goes in and I wait. 15 minutes later they come get me and I have an aftermarket drain plug. I have the magnetic one that collects all the metal shaving in any may occur. So I get there I noticed the oil was dripping which means that they had already drained the oil. Then the tech tells me that he did not have to do much for the plug to come out. He just barely twisted it and it fell out. Then he showed me when he tried to tighten it, it does not tighten it just keeps on turning. So he then told me that my car may be leaking oil which I know it isnt because I check my oil cause I dont want my turbos to dehydrate. I mentioned although I did have a power steering leak so that is where the residue comes from. Then he goes to offer to re-thread it and put a factory drain plug in. Then I went to say will it work and he specifically said yes it will work. Not maybe or maybe not. If someone tells you its gonna work, espcially from a tech then I take it he knows what he is doing. So then I go back inside for about 5 min then go back and begin looking through the square window that is built in the door. He finds the tool the goes to do re-thread it. Then he takes it out and puts the drain plug in. But wait it does not work so he takes it out and puts it back it. He does it three times. Then pulls the car out and then the service rep tells me that it is still leaking? STILL LEAKING!! It was never leaking in the first place. Then he goes to tell me that I need an oversized drain plug or a new oil pan. They said they did not have one so I could go purchase one. Make it short I took it to jotech where I got my car tuned GREAT PLACE, and my oil changes. Comes to find out when Tony takes the plug out it was black oil that supposedly was changed and there was no thread what so ever in the oil pan of course its going to leak. I called back and spoke to Connie the Service manager and then moments later spoke with the owner. They said it was not the techs fault, he was just trying to save you some money. I told him WHAT, save me money, f*#k that!! He told me he could fix it and didn't then sent me off with a half *** job risking my cars engine??? They refuse responsibility. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO EVEN DO AN OIL CHANGE. Just wanted to vent some more. Screwed up my oil pan, paid for an oil change that was not done. What a day!!!

honestly it doesn't sound like the guy was trying to cheat you but he doesn't know how to properly rethread the pan.

they should refund you for the oil change though at the least and either 1) give you a discount on an oil pan at cost or 2) pay for it.
