best not take it to sewell unless you know people there. my service manager is real cool about the mods, and i always check with him first on them and let him check it out once its done. however, they are starting to sell performance add-ons, which surprised me. i would recommend grubbs though, they are known more for performance.

Could you let me know the name of the service manager?

If not, it's cool but I'd love to take it to Sewell and talk to the right person.

Thanks,

Grubbs is friendly, not too mention, they have their own performance department so they probably won't care. call the dealership and ask what their thoughts are before you go.

I would only be concerned if you're taking your car in for work on your catalytic converters, exhaust, or if you had some sort of check engine light. You're only able to change out your catalytic converters if they were damaged or if you were above a certain mileage (65k or somewhere around there).

I'd probably take the car to Autozone first to have them check the code, to see exactly what its related to first.

Yes, do that first. If it's related to the HFC's do a reset and see how long it takes next time.

I also use Jack Lee. Before he was a SM, I did a few test drives with him. Nice guy.

ya, i went on a test drive with him once too, i guess he wasnt an SM then, that explains it. or well we never actually went, since the vehicle had sold already. anyways, ya he is really nice and a great help. in fact, he's the one that told me the trick to loosen one bolt to install my STB that i couldnt get loose.
