you either have to send me the payment for the headlights, or send the headlights back. you CANNOT keep the headlights AND keep your money. thats called STEALING. why are you confused? did you not dispute the payment? then YOU need to talk to your bank or credit card company why payment was retracted. its that simple. Now, if you don't want to do this, you need to send the headlights back ASAP, and I should receive them in the EXACT SAME CONDITION YOU received them in. AGAIN, let me know what you plan to do immediately.

thanks for all the support guys. i will be calling him tonight and hopefully hell decide what he wants to do then, else i'll do it for him. anyone else you guys want me to ask him other than phrocker's midpipe and dxplicitone's $50?
FYI, I called him two or three times and each time he claimed he'll take of it soon, same as with PM. I imagine you know already, but take everything he says with a grain of salt.
Since I already put a claim against him in paypal, I would prefer my money back. I thought about calling him again, but I don't think it'll do any good.

I'm fairly certain this guy lives in Lubbock, TX. My last correspondence with him was about the gauge pods he had for sale and he is actually here in my town. He was actually "interested" in my supercharger that's for sale and I told him flat out that I was uneasy since he's already has issues with others and to come here and handle this situation on the boards.
