BTW. I don't have this kid's address, forward it to me. I will put it in the complaint I'm sending to my state AG's office. My buddy works there and said they'd pursue it after the Feb 2 paypal claim response date. If the kid returns the money it's no longer a felony, just an "inconvenience" as my buddy stated...so, we'll see what he does.
I just realized something, did this kid actually do all of this from a texas tech IP? I'm not sure about TT, but at my UNI, a kid committed online fraud from the university and was referred to the dean of students and consequently lost his ability to use any internet system ( made it a bitch to do anything ), and suspended from school for a year. I hope the kid reads this and realizes the consequences, even for small amounts

I don't have any reason to believe that's the same guy. I doubt it is. Why do you guys think it's the same person?
