Stereo Installs

Does anyone have any recommendations for a sub install. I have the sub box and amp, but the box is too big for the trunk. I would rather not use car toys have had bad luck with them. Or if anyone wants to do this on the side and is good at it. You can take a shot.

I'd do it for you personally (I installed for 13 yrs & still do my own crap every now and then) but just don't have time for anything anymore. If you have any questions or need anything specific I'm an email away.

How much does a shop charge for a custom fiberglass box? $500-$600?

I think it just depends on the shop and how extensive you want to go with it.

As stated previously, I personally don't have time to really do anything anymore since I work long days and they have me auditing & digging into paperwork and promo plans every day. I even have equipment that I've been needing to install in my own cars for about 6 months now.

As for fiberglass work.. There really aren't any set prices for fiberglass boxes as most vehicles are different, so prices vary. Most are in the area of what waijai estimated $500 - $600. Although I've seen a few get up to $1500+ just for the box & amp rack. I'm going to talk to my boss and see if he's interested in becoming a sponsor on the site. This way we can offer discounts to members and notify people when we have our carshows & private sales. I did this on the EvolutionM website for a little while when I was a member of the North Texas Evo Club, and it was pretty successful.
