i dunno about exception.. but call 1-800-pick-ups and then tell the robot lady that u want to track a package and after u put in the trackin number jus say "customer service" until they connect u to a person. then u can ask them wat the hell "exception" means.. ha ha.. damn ups

This happened to me before with a set of carbon fiber doors. The seal on the packaging broke and they had to have a special someone come in and inspect it before proceeding with the shipment. Should be ok and a little delayed unless there's damage.

Exact same thing happened to me once. I called and called and called. Finally, they tracked the lost package and I asked them to hold it at the UPS center and I went there n picked it up myself.

Im never having anything ever shipped again...haha CBlue just messed up shipping my modded projectors and had his sister mail the stuff to me. He said he couldnt get a box to put 2 headlights and a grill in, so each thing was in a seperate box and shipped priority. Yea, not so much. Only the grill was sent priority and the headlights are US parcel, so it will take like two weeks to get them and theres no tracking on them. But I managed to find a box big enough to send a bumper in and sent it FedEx. Im really gettin shafted here lately with the shipping gods.

Soooo....UPS=FAIL No luck on finding the package, and now Ive gotta fight with the guy through paypal to get my money back. LOVELY Oh, then I go to check the mail today for my modded lights, and I get a "Large Package Box Key" in my box, Im stoked, go to that locker, and the key doesnt work, so I have to go to the post office and they're like, "yea, we've been havin alot of those locks breakin lately" So now they are locked in the big parcel locker by my mailboxes until a post office maintenance guy comes out to open the locker.....I have the best luck shipping headlights ever!!!!!!
