Don't be shocked, that is the stock spare tire for the G37. All the spares are 18, no matter what package you get too. I think a black G35 would look extra clean w/ 4 G37 spares.

And it clears the stock big brakes if you got the S model. Not sure about aftermarket though.

I can confirm that that is the spare for the 09 with Sport brakes (I am not sure about the non-Sport model).
