DFW Mod / Repair / Maintenance / Touch up Day

Alright guys,

I think it'd be cool if we set up a weekend or several weekend (before it gets too hot) where we could all wrench on cars and lend our services to each other. I know there are several independent professionals here that can offer services such as paintless dent repair, overlay installation, bumper refinishing, wheel refinishing, and other such automotive services. Let's get a list going of who needs what and we can plan accordingly off of that.

Maybe something you just need to get done that you've been putting off.

Something like this:

1. waijai - help bmoon install clock light replacements (cost: 2 beers)
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.

Drone, I'll be hitting you up for the other stuff that we've discussed, I'll let others benefit on this meet...

I'm willing to help anyway I can if you need an extra pair of hands for anything.. (no homo)

I agree.. next weekend is good for me too.. my son's baseball game is at 2, but I can break away for an hour to do that.. but I can be there before and after his game..

Also free Sunday as well.. So just lemme know.. But next weekend is definitely best for me as well..

I think that'd depend on the number of people interested.. If it's a large amount, we'd do it at some venue, if it's only a few, we could do it at a place of residence.. So we need to know how many are interested first.

my side skirts have some cracked paint on them which I tried to touch up...can't tell they're janky unless you are up close to them. Maybe he can fix that issue for me.

I'm down for next weekend, will bring out the Cipher for those of you who need to use it. Weekend after I will not be available.

Drone, I have a light scratch that seems to be all in the clearcoat. I was going to just use some polishing wax and try to buff it out.. does that sound about right? If it will be more involv3ed maybe I'll ask you to help me out.

I'm willing to help out with small stuff as needed.. installing plenum spacers, adjusting clutch height etc.
