Oh Jotech will price match? The only reason I never go over there is they always seem too expensive.

Do I remember correctly that you didn't have the sports package? If so, keep in mind, you'll need to get new struts as well if you change out the springs.

I would recommend against that setup you mentioned. You generally want the rear to have a higher spring rate than the front.

(from the suspension forum...https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-...w-updates.html)
G35 sedan’s with sport suspension
350Z’s 2003/2004 (unrevised)
Front:314 Rear:342

Oem linear springs
G35 sedan's with non sport
Front: 283 Rear: 308

Oem linear springs
G35 coupes 2005/2006 with oem 19’s only
350Z 2004.5 to 2006 (revised suspension)
Front:314 Rear:427
As you can see, whether you go with the sport suspension from the same year and earlier Zs, or from the later coupes and Zs, the spring rates are much higher than what you have, therefore needing new struts as well. keep an eye on the forum classifieds and you can get some great deals.

Also, WalkerT on here does a great job for a great price on spring/strut installs.

I got my old 03 g35c engine cover with me. Let me know when you want to swing by to pick it up. It is a little dusty but a good cleaner will get rid of the smudges, etc..

Yeh.. they don't necessarily like to do them.. so they'll want a website or a quote to go against (they print it up and everything) but they'll do it if you're nice about it and "ask" if they'll pricematch..

If you just go in there KNOWING they're gonna do it, they won't.. It's up to their discretion.

I'm an old skool Jotech hater... so I wouldn't be surprised if they pick and choose when they want to actually do good for their customers...
