I roll up, hand over the keys, they inspect my car, and it passes, and I'm on my way

You can get your inspection just about anywhere. As long as you don't have any check engine lights, you'll pass.

yea i know, but what if your CEL does come on? cause my CEL comes on cause of my testpipes...even with non foulers. do you think i can do the CEL gas pedal reset before going to get it inspected? < i doubt that will work.... If anything ill have to put my stock cats back on....and that's a bitch to take off!

How often does your CEL come on? If it's like once a month or whatever, reset it, and drive around for a couple days or so, then go get your inspection. You can't get an inspection right after resetting the ecu.. you have to drive x amount of miles first.
