I was told that James is going to be working with my car - I have worked with him before and he treated me very well so I'm not too worried. I was helped by someone else yesterday when I took the G in, but James will be doing the actual work. From what I got yesterday, they agree that there is something fundamentally wrong with the car/tires and that it needs to be fixed. Hopefully I will hear something back today after they have gone over the history and such (since they certified it and have been the only place to work on it).

Thanks for the feedback guys - I appreciate it. Hopefully I will be able to continue recommending Sewell to everyone that I know.

Did you ever get your tires replaced?

^ I got them replaced a couple weeks ago. I made my point to the dealer and they completely disagreed with me (even though I showed them where the tread wear was OBVIOUSLY messed up). Despite the gross error on their part, they insisted that my tires were treading "normally" and that they would not do anything. I later took my car to Cobb for something unrelated and Chris informed me that I had maybe a couple weeks left on them at best before they blew out. Needless to say, I went to Discount and got some new tires - Kumho SPTs. I'm still pissed as hell that the dealer wouldn't admit their error, but sometimes you just can't win.
