Lip for sure! You can enjoy that even when the car is just parked!

start with an exhaust, you won't regret it,

 

If I had a choice - exhaust over lip anyday..

 

normally i would choose exhaust first, but it's a sedan. naturally, looks should come first on that.

Personally, i would try and bring down the ride height in the front. #1 mod in my book is removal of fender gap!

 

Drop, Wheels, K2 bumper for sedan's and a pimp a$$ stereo! then exhaust.
