Not for the G but I picked up New Vegas last night and Im installing it right now because PC is badass!

 

if i wasnt deployed and or i had my 360 with me i would so be playing me some NEW VEGAS!! i feal like blowing up another town with a UXO nuclear warhead lol that was awesome! enjoyed my penthouse in Tenpenny tower i must say. Im a console guy btw, not to say i dont play games on pc, which are really only rts' for me. i grew up with a controller in my hand and not a mouse.

 

I like playing pc because im not limited by how many buttons I have.

Im waiting to play some at work as soon as this meeting is over lol!

i wish i could play games while at work lol The AF wont let me do that though. ive never really had a problem with not having enough buttons for the games i play. maybe you just had a bad experience with a console!! i will always stay loyal to the Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis/Saturn N64 PS1/2 not 3...and of course the xbox/xbox 360, the only reason i went into the realm of the xbox was BECAUSE of Halo. That game made me buy a xbox. since then ive been xbox all the way!!

 

It's funny how folks are torn between those that love Halo, and those that love Gears.. I'm a Gears of War Junkie and can't get into the Halo series because of the gameplay.. I will forever love FPS on PC.. FPS just feels so much more natural w/ a keyboard and mouse.

 

the multiplayer of the halo series is what ive been into more than the story, dont get me wrong i enjoy the story line but i enjoy the multiplayer the most. Gears seemed too slow to me, Halo is alot more fast paced, and very tactic for example if you can master nade placement you have a great advantage, for you dont have to always 4-shot somebody and have excellent stafe movement, you can bring down your oppenets shield with the nade and kill them within 1-2 shots. of course i have never played gears on the pc, so it is probably more fast paced via the sensivity of your mouse (which is borderline cheating if you ask me lol) the range of all the settings and sensitivy i beleive is too much. this makes that of ppl who are beast's vs. pretty good players a much bigger margin in the pc world than in console. basically to be a beast on console is alot more hard to reach than it is on pc. just my .02 In the end its everyones preference Controller vs Mouse. I do admit though. RTS' on PC cannot be matched.

 

Haha theres a card game inside the game thats pretty fun its called caravan, its like blackjack played with 3 hands and you only use number cards, the face cards are "effect cards" when you play face cards they alter the hand in some way. Your goal is to get to 21-26 points in 3 hands first.

I think of it as Uno meets blackjack x3
