speaking of crooked, I think I'm finally paying the price for getting rear ended 6 months ago, with the springs pre-loaded the same and the shock tubes threaded in the same lengths the drivers side sits ~3/4" lower than the passengers on the rear, I adjusted it up some but don't want to spend too much time cause I figure they'll all settle and need adjusted in a week or two.

I was playin holmes.. but you see now why we have coils...adjustability is key for being LOW...spring rates..etc.. for DD or Track..

From the cars I've installed and messed with the coils, havin the same setting on the coils never ended wit the same height on both sides.

I agree completely with Stephen and John...this is an issue with MDU, not the driver/install. My noise has been present and constant pretty much since day one. I was so excited to be low when I first got them that I dismissed it as "just what coilovers do." After being in other rides with other coilover setups, the clunking/rattling is NOT what coilovers do (normally). This is frustrating for many of us and we have all tried various approaches to minimize the noise.

I would not be surprised if my coil was blown a while back. I never bothered to look at the piston to see if it was wet. I never would have thought that I could have blown a coilover that fast (especially since I don't track mine yet). As I recall, Ninja1 had 2 coils blown right out of the box. Sooooo.....
