Zaino products are not available through stores. you will need to buy them directly from Zaino. personally, i wouldn't go for anything else...Zaino gets my vote every single time hands down.

I found out though that Line-X of West Fort Worth carries an array of Zaino products for about the price you would pay from zainostore.com plus shipping if you've ever in a bind for product. I'm about to order from zainostore.com though, that's a drive even for me..

Z5 Pro, Z8, and Z16 Clay Bar. I'm pretty new to this level of detailing, and want to get started off right. Gonna strip the previous owners wax/sealant, clay bar, then seal with Z5 pro. I'm looking into a Porter and Cable buffer as well, there's some clear coat scratches and swirls I really wanna get rid. Any recommendations? The paint is OB.

in other words - the Zaino products will make your coat look SICK, however - any small blemishes or marks will be much more noticeable as versus other colors. i absolutely love how mine looks after a good wash (since my last full-out Zaino-ing is still holding up nicely), but any and all dings are noticeable to me. of course, we are always the harshest judges of our own rides.
it sounds like you have a great start for your collection. personally, i use Dawn soap as the stripping agent. since you mentioned your car had a previous owner, the claybar will also do wonders at getting crap out (since i highly highly doubt the previous owner ever did anything like claybar the car).
the porter and cable buffer is a good tool. i started off doing it by hand with my father and it was a biatch lol. if you do go with the porter, just make sure that you go easy on the pressure.
there are some other tips and tricks that i have for general washing and whatnot if you want me to send them to you. just let me know - the level of detail can get as serious as you will let it.
