[DFW] What have you done to your G Today?
Not the G, but traded in the gas guzzling Expedition and got a nice fully loaded V6 Edge instead.. MUCH more pep and LOT better gas mileage and lower mileage.. Gas is gonna hit 7 bucks a gallon.. And wouldn't have been able to get out from under that Expedition if I didn't do it now..
Who do you rent through? Enterprise has been hooking me up lately. I usually reserve a compact, and the last few times I have had a VW CC, 300C, MB GLK, etc....
Yeah estimated to get to peak at 7 bucks a gallon eventually.. (Prolly in the Cali area, but if it's that much in other places, it's gonna get higher here too) Was lucky to get 12MPG in that expedition, and that being our family car was NOT very economical.. We didn't need a V8 anyway, we're not pulling anything, so it made no sense..
It's an 08 3.5L V6.. LOVE the inside of that thing.. Black leather w/ white accent stitching, brushed aluminum and chrome accents, full panoramic sunroof, DVDs in each headrest for the kids, sync, 20" sport mag chrome wheels, and navi..
Very nice vehicle.. MUCH more sporty to drive and definitely easier to maneuver.. And more importantly BETTER Gas Mileage and is cheaper to fill up.. It was over 100 bucks to fill up the expedition now.. That's just BS!!
