Update on the new tranny and diff fluid. I thought I was imagining it at first, but I think the new fluid takes a few minutes in the morning to warm up. Shifting is really tight on downshift (especially first gear) until I've been on the road for a few minutes. Other than that, it feels great and I feel better knowing that I'm using a good gear oil.

Chris: As far as changing your diff fluid, you won't have any problems. The drain plugs look like they're in the same place. They are the 10mm hex plugs on the bottom of your nismo cover, and on the left side. If you don't have one though, be sure to get a Gear lube pump. I can't imagine doing it without one.
