SOLID DIFF BUSHING INSTALL on Jason Z-YA's subframe/diff
BIG PROPS TO JASON Z-YA FOR MAKING A FINE BALLER PRODUCT!
And now for the goods..
Oh how sweet it is to use existing diff plates for pressing out OEM subframe bushing..
Sweet SHOT of OEM bushing being pressed out! FTMFW!!!
OOOH sexy aluminum bushing in - went VERY SMOOTH -
Now for the ear bushings - one bushing had silicone liquid in there and when it popped it was JUICY! You can see the liquid all over the floor and on my press..
Saw Zaw the "race" and it comes right out - it was WAY easier that I had thought -
you can use needle nose plyers once it comes loose and comes RIGHT out.
Ready for the new goodness
BALLER!
Everything went like clockwork - KEY was to have the right tools to do the job and worked like champ.
Now I cant wait to do mine..

Picked up my new Evap purge control solenoid valve and swapped it out. The $88 one works fine, and I didn't need the $160 one.
My old one was constantly open, and air could pass through both tubes.
The new one was closed up nice and tight.
Also cleaned up the interior of the G, one step closer to getting it sold.

The car drove normal, but just w/ a CEL. Not sure if it affected gas mileage or threw the car into a safe map or anything.

Dropped the ISH out of it... (Thanks R1 for the adjustments).. Now 3.5" from the ground.. Had to use a freaking piece of wood to get into my garage this evening.. bwahahahahahaha.. JEAH!!
MAN I'm rubbing bad.. Thinking about removing the fender liners (front) and flattening the quarterpanels where my rear bumper connects (rear).. that's where I'm rubbing.. That noise has GOT to go.. Rides nice though.. it's just the dang bumps that get me.

lookin good, but I could never be careful enough driving a car that low!
Any guesses if my car will be a total loss? I was hit in the left rear corner pretty hard, trunk lid has 3/4 inch gap on the left side and over laps the right side of the body, buckled the left side of the body out right where the window starts and it buckled the roof down at the right rear corner of the sunroof and has a little dimple on the right side of the body where the back window starts... Curious if any of you guys have been in an accident with your G or seen what it takes to total one out... terrible week!

other drivers fault, they have Farmers, happened Thursday AM and they finally accepted liability Friday PM, waiting for an adjuster to contact me, dragging their feet. I'm already looking into how to get diminished value compensation since the car had never been wrecked before. I was sitting still and figure she was going 50-60mph Only pic I have is at the scene and from straight behind. Yes, the bike was damaged too haha.
