it's not always loud and if you're jammin hard core, I seriously doubt you'd hear it... it sounds like your motor is turning a little dirty... next time you start your car, put it in the on position first, turn off your stereo and your AC and anything else that might make a noise, then actually start the car... if you hear a little rattling, then that's the chatter... but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. if the sound stays after a fair amount of driving, then you have something to be concerned about.. doesn't mean your block has gone to hell, just may mean you're a little low on oil and may be due for a oil change

Ok, i dont understand, why is there a break-in period for the new motors?
Never bought a brand new car, so IDK, is there a break-in period for new cars as well? cuse if you go to the dealership to test drive one, they dont care if you step on it and even encourage you to do it.

they usually have specific cars as the test drive ones for that reason...
a motor needs a breakin for seals and things to set in... most seals and gaskets actually work once they've been used a little... same with a clutch... if you beat them up, then you get uneven wear...
this may seem a bit much, but the female anatomy is a great analogy... you can't just ram it in there the first time, it's not used to it... gotta slide it in and get it worked up... if you rip it round 1, it'll just never be the same without serious surgery...
