well i got the akebonos from a 370z so theyre the dark gunmetal color already but apparently the logos are underneath the clearcoat and cant just simply be removed so i can put my akebono decals on them so i figured if im going to go thru that trouble i might as well change the color of the calipers, otherwise id just leave them as is if the nissan would come off easily

I autocrossed at Mineral Wells with the 350z guys this weekend. It was an awesome course with the BMW CCA LoneStar chapter.

The only other car in my class was a white Porsche Caymen S completely setup for racing but they ended up leaving early due to mechanical problems.

I'm still 1 or 2 seconds behind the fastest Z guys, I blame it on the weight of the G!

Yep sure is! But he can drive the hell out of it! Here is one of his runs from the weekend:

And here is Scott's fastest run (he is always the fastest of the group just like Gavin Gword256 used to be with the G guys): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGySA...ature=youtu.be

Tony, you are doing some incredible things! You are so talented and creative, I had been following your 365 project with amazement.

The flier video you shot really gives a glimpse into how much work goes into a flier. One would have thought it was nothing but a photoshop trick to get the drifting car in the background of the 2 girls - but this video really shows what's it's all about - mad props!

Thanks man.. I seriously appreciate it.. You have no idea..

Yeah.. They didn't even think the drifting would be possible.. but it's amazing what you can do if you just ask permission BEFORE you try something on private property.. It's crazy what Nate can do man.. He's got so much control.. Dude is amazing.. Seriously.. Check out the feature in S3 magazine.. I think you'll seriously enjoy it..

I do obviously use pshop, but I get a quality image in camera first.. That's the key.. Been shooting for 15 yrs now and it's still the same rule.. Crap in, Crap out..

The CCM Flier photo has actually been converted into a painting by one of my good friends Desmond Blair.. He's an amazing artist.. He's gonna be the first episode of a video series that I was moved to make while recording him painting.. He's being recruited to work at Dreamworks..

And yea, that's not photoshop, he has NO HANDS!!!

That's why I can't help but put his story out.. That's just too inspirational.. He doesn't let ANYTHING get in his way.. He wanted to be an artist, so he didn't let the fact that he doesn't have hands stop him.. He just works harder.. Now as a result, he's sought after like crazy to make paintings and 3D renderings or free hand pieces.. Dude's work is AMAZING.. I can't wait to share his story w/ you guys.. He's one of the main reasons I just went for it, and pushed myself to get this media thing started..

And I STILL plan on finishing my 365.. I just got inundated w/ work as you can see.. And I'm still working my 9-5 and coaching all 3 of my kids teams.. LOL!!! I just don't sleep much..

I agree, it's more an "ode to the old style" but it IS supercharged, and it's FULLY kitted w/ sound and FULL Bride interior.. When you see the mag on the stands at walmart, at least pick it up and check out the feature.. I guarantee you'll have a new respect for it.. A LOT of work went into the ride and the theme was carried out fully.. Might be a different taste from your liking, but I'm sure you can respect the love put into it when you see it fully..

Definitely a lot of work put into that Accord. Seen it many times over the years. I can respect the work, but agree that style was never really a good one (personally)... unless you were a fan of the F&F movies

All of that hard work shows Tony, cause those pics are amazing. Every one is just as awesome as the next. Seeing pics like yours is the reason why I recently got in interest in photography and I can only hope I'm half as good as you one day.

Btw, I see your pics of the 370 all over tumblr lol
