Thanks for all the responses. Y'all just confirmed what I already thought I knew. Talking with that guy last night just had me questioning my info. Should have a MREV 2 and ShockWave TDX v2 on the way by the end of the month then when its on I'll be headed to get dyno tuned. Hoping for 300!

 

Man the shockwave with art pipes just screams...don't think i've heard anything that sounds better in my life. Next would be stephens vq motordyne exhaust

 

300 with bolt ons? Or is there a mod I'm missing?

 

Just full bolt ons and a tune. Spacer, mrev 2, hfc and ShockWave. Think I'm hoping for too much?

 

You won't get to 300. Probly 275 on a dynojet and 26-270 on a mustang.

 

 

Oh and a CAI. Well.. 275 is better than whatever I got right now. No NOS for this guy! FI someday though maybe.. Maybe when I move back to Dallas Rob can help me out with a Vortech install????

janitor.. I could def. help you with the vortech install. it's not all that bad. Just takes some time.

 

oh any btw, don't remember if you are auto or manual but the highest powered NA G steve has had on his dyno (mustang dyno) only did like 265 or so. That was my full bolt on, cammed, port and polish plenum and tuned G auto G. manual would do more. 275 is a lot to hope for NA without cams. Revup engine will make a little more usually.

 

Well we'll see in a few weeks once it's all on. Never hurts to hope though!
