You might want to contact Dick Wong.. I know he's had experience w/ the Bose system and knows of a way to bypass the amp.

If you get rid of either one of the amps(one in the radio, or one for the speakers), you're not going to get the same quality sound, or so I've heard. Because they equalize eachother.



Went to R1Forever80's this morning.. Got my rear and front bumpers wetsanded and buffed (they are now MIRROR LIKE).. Got my driver side window motor cleaned and fixed.. I now have a working driver side window again. THANKS MAN!!

I thought it was automatic to throw a CEL w/ Testpipes because there's nothing to clean the polution from the exhaust, so it trips the O2 sensor in the exhaust system. You're also going to smell gas through your AC vents..

CEL is not a problem, you can get a CEL fix bung, or make your own using 2 spark plug anti-foulers.

indeed, anti-foulers (from what i have heard) will do the trick. no CEL = good to go.

 

I had test pipes before and never got a CEL. But no biggie if you do. Just use the bung extenders. And yes your car is going to smell like crap.

 

but what about the gas smell?? and a LOT LOUDER as well from what I've read..
