Yep, no typo. I need a few donated cars to use at two Car Toys locations on 4/6-4/9 for Headlight Restoration & Windshield Repair Training Sessions. Car Toys is launching detailing services in the DFW stores on 4/15.


Here's the details: I'll need your car for one day for the service. The days are as follows Tue 4/6, Wed 4/7,Thu 4/8, Fri 4/9. You'll need to drop off the vehicle before 9am and you can pick it up after 6pm. The two locations are Arlington (I-20 & Cooper) & Irving (183 & Beltline) This is a good opportunity to save some $ and get your headlights looking good again. If there are also chips or cracks in the windshield we will also see if we have time to address those as well. Kind of a win/win situation. *In the remote possibility that the headlights cannot be restored due to structural damage or the hazing is on the inside of the headlight we will let you know.


There is a very small window for me to fit in a few more vehicles as most of the employees have already contacted their friends & family.

I need to have anyone interested send me a pm and I'll get all of your info and schedule the day and location you want to go to. This offer ends by the end of today as I need to turn in the vehicle roster in the morning.

Yes, the stores will be offering full detailing packages starting on 4/15.

Interior & Exterior treatments will be available.

 

nice i was wondering when they were going to start that for this market. is this for all stores? you guys should bring out the mobile service too

 

I know that 11 of the 12 DFW Stores we have will be offering the full treatments. I want to say that one store is unable to do the washes due to city ordinance (but we'll take it down the street to the local wash to prep it) The 5 Houston stores started a few weeks ago.

Currently there's too much overhead to offer a mobile service. We actually have guys that are coming to work for us and discontinue their personal mobile services. We've been told that they've been suffering for a while now. Plus we want people to come and hang out in the store to check out all of the cool stuff we have.

 

ah ok lol i didnt realize i was asking redundent questions after fully reading the post. stupid phone cut stuff off. if the plano store needs a tester for a full detail im in lol.

 

Sorry, nothing going on in Plano available until after the launch. We had to pick two stores to host all of the training sessions for the entire dfw region. Arlington & Irving were the most central. If anything regarding detailing comes up (such as a vehicle not showing up), I will post that up as well.

 

Hmmm i have a chip in my windshield but my headlights are good to go. Im close to the irving location
