sooo rich mix exhaust burns hotter?
Hes not running rich the numbers he posted dont add up. 550cc injectors running rich on 10psi with 500hp. If he were to be in the 500's he would definately but running very lean.
High EGT will blow these rings up

This formula is used

Airflow formula
AFR is somewhere below 13 if hes running rich.
Airflow of a t60-1 .58A/R is rated at 47lbs.. so WA is 47lbs
Lets determine what the 500hp flywheel goal in relation to whats needed for WA
500x12AFRxBFSC of .55/60 = 55lbs/min
You need a turbo that efficiently moves that amount.
the t60 in the turbonetics efficiency is at 47lbs/min. This turbo is way too small for even that amount of flywheel hp. Its not saying it cant be done, but your trying to ram all this air into the a turbine causing lots of backpressure.

You use this formula to account for displacement

MAPreq = Manifold Absolute Pressure (psia) required to meet the horsepower target
· Wa = Airflowactual(lb/min)
· R = Gas Constant = 639.6
· Tm = Intake Manifold Temperature (degrees F)
· VE = Volumetric Efficiency
· N = Engine speed (RPM)
· Vd = engine displacement (Cubic Inches, convert from liters to CI by multiplying by 61.02, ex. 2.0 liters * 61.02 = 122 CI)
(55x639.6x(460+130)) / .92x(6500/2)x213.57
(20755020 / 638574.3) - sea level 14.7 equates to needing almost 18psi

I replaced both of the fronts....the one I have for sale came from the driver side, but it should fit either side.
