Does any know in SoCal can do this? I am sure there are many of us that are willing to pay for this work done. I am tired of the orange look. =(

Could you give us a simple rundown on what is involved. Use something like the window switch for an example. Do I just measure the resistance on the orginal bulb, use the set up of a combo of LED plus resistor to duplicate the original resistance? How to you compensate for the additional space you need for the LEd + Resistor? I do light electronics for a living, working on cars everyday, so I am not completely laymen or incompetent! A little input would be great! Also a source for your "reliable" parts.

Thanks.

Chris

^You just need to de-solder the original leds and re-solder the new ones in. Resistors are already built in to the boards

yeah, except for in some places light the key ring that still use a bulb no matter what year. in those you just have to find clever ways of getting a LED and the resistor in place without shorting anything.

Ok a couple of questions. I checked out the Oznium website. This looks promising, but hopefull can get a bit more info before starting. I assume you guys are using the 3mm LED's. With that in mind, are you removing the top from the led to "scatter" the light or leaving them unaltered. Secondly, you stated that your car currently had LED's in the components. Would you know if that is the case with my 03 Coupe as well? And lastly, did you just dig right in with this mod, or am I missing anything that you would consider "need to know info" before I start disassembling the car.

Oh and one last thing. For an entire swap how many LED's would you say I might need, for I am going to order the stuff online and down't know if I should get 10 or 100.

Thanks, you have really set me on fire with the mod! I love it!

Chris
