Hey guys I was wondering if i change the cluster on my 06 g coupe will the miles that i have on the car will stay the same or will it show the miles that are on the new cluster?

 

no the milage switches to whatever cluster you purchase I am fairly certain....this was part of the problem I was dealing with on my LED conversion I was wanting to do....I know that whenever I blew my motor I had a new engine put in with a whole new ECU but the mileage stayed current to my old block.....the good thing was that my new motor I picked up was only a difference of 600 miles lower than pervious.....not to bad.

 

new cluster will have to be original miles to the car it is installed

 

I heard the dealer can update the mileage on the replacement cluster if you want.
