Are these bushing starting to tear?

noticed this when I was doing my coils install

The wetness is some wd40 the leaked down...

pics are of driver side and passenger side, of this bushing

well i wouldn't know enough to help but the last two don't look as good as the first looks like its slightly leaking?

I added that the wetness was just wd40, these are not liquid filled bushings AFAIK
