You sure its the battery? Could be a bad alternator.

You should have one of those portable jumpers anyways. Get it out of the garage somehow and jump it (Put it in reverse and push it out). Let it get some juice and then run it, if it dies on its own its the alternator. If it stays on for a while you have a bad battery.

if your car is manual you can do the 1st gear pop clutch jump start method.

Normally no, unless you were driving in 2-3 ft deep water.

dude.. I had the same issue.. Same set of circumstances (minus the remote start BAWLA).. But yeah, I bought a battery from Walmart and it lasted 2 months.. They honor thier return policy (Sams is the same company) so you're ok there.. Just gotta take that bad boy out..

It's pretty common honestly as far as just sometimes getting a bad battery.. I am on my3rd battery this year.. 1st one died from being the original battery, 2nd one only lasted 2 months (during the winter, the COLD KILLS batteries, and my car is garaged mostly cuz I work from home) and now the battery I have now.. so my 3rd battery this year..

Don't feel bad man.. just do like I do, and hold your breath when you start the car till it starts successfully.. hahahahahahaha..
